We offer the opportunity to build a team of consultants while earning on the sales they make as well.
We offer one on one training, weekly conference calls, and a support forum for our consultants to share together.
Our starter kits will fit any budget; $79 - $179
Starter kits are refundable if returned within 30 days, in new and unused condition, from the date you purchase it. Kit builders are NOT refundable.
Q: Returns What is your refund or exchange policy?
A: All items are inspected before shipment. If within 30 days there is a workmanship defect, we will repair or remake the product at no charge. After 30 days, damages will be assessed and repaired (if possible) for a fee. Email cs@maddymoo.com to set up a return process. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be included in your package. There will be no refunds, exchanges, or credits issued for any custom or personalized bag. Each bag is custom made for the customer upon receipt of the order, so there are no refunds for items that are made correctly and match the order form. Shipping is non refundable. Kit builders are not returnable. Starter kits can be returned within 30 days, in new and unused condition, from the date you ordered it minus shipping.
If there is a workmanship defect we will make every attempt to have the bag back to you within 2 weeks of us receiving it. But this is not guaranteed.
Q: I want FREE STUFF I would like to host a party. Can I host it online? Do I have to have it in my home? Can I do a catalog party?
A: You can host a party in your home and receive FREE and Half Off Items! Or you may host a catalog show and receive the same great rewards.

A: Email info@maddymoo.com with your contact info and we will get back to you on how to place your order or call our office at (770) 591-9444, during normal business hours, for direct assistance in placing your order.

- You will need to create a user id and assign a password before proceeding with checking out
- Returning customers simply enter their user id and password
- Please be sure to include a email or phone number so we can contact you with any questions
Q: Monograms Will you fix a monogram error if I enter it wrong?
A: No, be sure you enter the monogram as you wish it to appear.
We will not correct monograms that are entered incorrectly and can not be held responsible if you are not happy with the monogram thread color due to the layout on the fabric. We are not responsible for your thread color or font selection. Please be sure you are happy with the thread color and font before you complete your order. We do not exchange or refund custom bags.
Q: Shipping Time Frame How long does it take to have a bag made?
A: A design your own Maddy Moo Bag is hand crafted JUST FOR YOU! Your order will ship about 6 weeks from date of order. We ship via UPS Ground which takes 3 - 5 days depending upon your location.
Q: How do I care for my bag? How do I care for my bag?
A: Dry or spot clean only. You may wish to Scotchguard your bag upon receiving it. Follow manufacturers directions.
If you decide to launder your bag we can not be responsible for any damages as we do not have control over the conditions/products you use to do so.
