Inspired by a Miracle
Maddy Moo? This name simply must have a story behind it...and it does! When Elizabeth wanted to become a mother for the first time, she struggled for almost five years with infertility. After finally giving up, she quickly became pregnant—unassisted!—with her beautiful miracle Madalyn, whose nickname, Maddy Moo, inspired the name of the company her mother started after little brother Alexander’s birth.

In 2005, with a dream and a vision of where she wanted Maddy Moo to go, Elizabeth sought help getting the company going.  By 2006, the company began to recruit consultants who would hold their own parties to sell the handbags.

Designing the Future
Maddy Moo now has over 150 consultants who host the purse parties across the United States. All the handbags and accessories are handmade in a suburb North of Atlanta.

One positive thing Elizabeth has done for her company is to become a member of the Direct Selling Association. Members of the DSA commit to ethical business practices by following a strict code of ethics. Elizabeth has attended conferences and met with other company owners to gain as much information and insight into the business as she can.
